The following documents show further evidence of the corruption within Ogle County State's Attorney office (specifically, Eric Morrow). The Death Certificate clearly shows the initial "manner of death" as "HOMICIDE." The Sauk Valley Media stated that Eric Morrow confirmed that all charged against Marc Mongan would be dropped. And finally, the IDNR memorandum that is provided contains a number of documents between the IDNR and State's Attorney offices.
